ANHD Membership Application
Membership to ANHD is open to any New York City non-profit for whom affordable housing production or preservation is a prominent part of their mission. Neighborhood-based organizations may join as full members, City-wide groups and other non-profits may participate in ANHD’s programs and services as associate members.
Annual member dues range from $250 to $750 based on the agency’s size.
p>ANHD members, through our member-only working groups, determine our policy agenda and advocacy strategies. Members also receive priority seating and substantial discounts on our extensive trainings and workshops. Members also receive preference in grant programs ANHD oversees.

Joining ANHD is as easy as 1-2-3.
Members of ANHD may either be Full or Affiliate
Community-based housing organizations may become full members of ANHD. Full members have access to the entire range of ANHD's projects and services and vote for and may serve on the ANHD Board of Directors. Annual membership dues are set on a sliding scale based on the member's core operating budget.
City-wide non-profit organizations may apply for affiliate memberships. Affiliates may access the full range of ANHD services, but do not have voting privileges. Dues are set on a sliding scale based on operating budget.
